ACCUPLACER Sign-Up
This form is for those interested in taking the ACCUPLACER. You can take this assessment as a college entrance exam. This is important for all grade levels. Some students ( i.e. Seniors) may be taking the test for college admission if the school they are considering accepts ACCUPLACER scores and some students ( i.e 9th - 11th ) may be taking this test because they have yet to take the ACT (or did not score a 19)  and wants to go ahead and start taking college courses while in high school.

*** You cannot submit this form until you fully understand eligibility requirements, which are as follows: You must pass the applicable area(s) of the ACT or ACCUPLACER test to determine college readiness * ACT score of 19 in reading or comparable ACCUPLACER (253+in Reading) for all courses. * ACT score of 19 in Core Subject (19 in Math for Math Courses, 19 in English for Composition) or comparable score on  ACCUPLACER ( 256+ in QAS (math), 253+ in Writing) *** You must meet all course prerequisite requirements.  I understand that I must complete all prerequisites and will not be allow to add college courses to my schedule unless I have completed testing and obtained required score.  I also understand that there is a $10 fee when taking the ACCUPLACER that must be paid before taking test.
