DCS WITHDRAWAL FORM
Please complete this form for withdrawal from classes at Dancentre South. Special circumstances will be taken under consideration (relocation, long term injuries, etc.) after discussion with director or front office.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY
  • One month's tuition is due at the time of withdrawal and will be processed immediately.
  • No refunds after December 1st for recital costumes. You will be contacted to pick up costumes when they are distributed in February/March.
  • A $50.00 fee is due for recital re-choreography after February 15th.
NUTCRACKER
A $50.00 re-choreography will be charged from the DCS Company for non-company dancers for any withdrawal after October 15th.

COMPANY
  • A fee of $150.00 will be due to the DCS Company with withdrawal between summer intensive and Nutcracker auditions.
  • A fee of $300.00 will be due if withdrawing between Nutcracker auditions 9 (August) and 30 days before Production Week (November).
  • A fee of $350.00 will be due if withdrawing after 30 days of Nutcracker Production Week and after.
