Courage to Caregivers Program Registration
Thank you for your interest in Courage to Caregivers and our programs. We currently have three programs specifically focused on supporting caregivers to those living with mental illness - now ALL being provided virtually: Breathing Meditation, Support Groups and One-to-One Caregiver Peer Support!

The One-to-One Caregiver Peer Support program connects caregivers with volunteers who have experience caring for someone living with mental illness. The purpose of the program is to provide participants with training and resources to help them take care of themselves both physically and emotionally so they are better able to take care of someone else. We hope to match One-to-One Caregiver Peer Support participants based on location, yet this program has the ability to provide virtual support (matching two caregivers from different geographic areas) via telephone call, international chat, FaceTime, Zoom or Skype depending on the interest of both the volunteer and participant.

Part of our funding is through the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County - the ADAMHS Board. As a part of that relationship, we are required to collect demographic data for our participants. Please know that your privacy is important to us and this information is considered highly confidential.

We welcome your questions at any time and look forward to staying in touch!
