To reserve a room at the Wagnalls Memorial for a small private celebration with family and/or friends or for a meeting of a civic group or local non-profit organization.
Tours may be schedule to visit the Wagnalls Memorial to see the various venues for your celebration or meeting.
An hour prior to the event for set-up and an hour after the event for clean-up are offered free of charge. A staff member will be on site and the tables and chairs will be set up.
Until confirmed, the Wagnalls Memorial does not guarantee availability of the dates, rooms, or special requests. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the room and the completion of the Room Reservation contract. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Notification of any cancellations is requested as soon as possible so that we may then offer the opportunity to use the facility to others.
Statement of Limitations: The Board of Directors of The Wagnalls Memorial reserve the right to make any changes at any time in the use of any and all equipment or facilities of The Wagnalls Memorial.
