The sports programme that your child is attending at EIT INSTITUTE OF SPORTS & HEALTH – held by professional athlete, Everard Bartlett – will be documented through film & video for marketing purposes. Photo & video footage will be used for materials to be shared on social media channels in association with Everard Bartlett, and our contracted production company. Although the video will show both the coaches and various participants in the programme, the primary focus is on the coach’s instruction and promotion of Everard Bartlett’s training programme. Please tick below and acknowledge whether or not your give permission for your child to appear in photos and video recordings and understand that your child’s name will not appear in any material written accompanying the footage.
