Run/Walk To Fight Cancer - Main Street Half Marathon of Hunterdon
Hunterdon Health Foundation is proud to sponsor and collaborate with the Main Street Half Marathon of Hunterdon.  This year, funds raised will be donated to support Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center.

Disclaimer: By filling out this form, I know that volunteering for this event may be a potentially dangerous activity.  I understand that I should not volunteer unless I am medically able and properly trained. For the safety of all participants, I agree to abide by the direction and decisions of any event official relative to my volunteer work assignment.  I assume all risks associated by my participation, or those that I am legally permitted to sign on behalf of, in this event, including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including heat, cold, ice and humidity, traffic and road-conditions, all such risks being known and accepted by me.  

Having read and understanding this waiver, knowing these facts and in consideration of acceptance of this application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release Main Street Marathon, LLC, Pro-Activity Central Enterprise and all it's partners and subsidiaries, and all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event even though that liability might arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or parties named in this waiver.  I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
