Time to USE YOUR AWARENESS to make conscious and embodied choices in all areas of your life.

We're going to say goodbye to the things that are suffocating & strangling the beauty and love out of your life.

We're going to replenish the soil and plant seeds of hope, joy, creativity, love, purpose, passion and freedom!

Seeds take time to grow. But the more consistent you are with planting seeds that make you stronger, happier, healthier, wiser, more aligned, more in love, braver, more connected, bringing joy, creativity, abundance and freedom - the sooner you will reap the benefits.

Don't contaminate your hard work by planting destructive weeds that breed jealousy, drama, ill health, isolation, self-sabotage, exhaustion, pain, resentment, guilt, shame, chaos & confusion. That is not love and just slows you down!

Without judgement, acknowledge the weed and decide to no longer give it your energy or attention.

Breaking habits is easy once you decide you are ready to be FREE!

If ever you are in doubt, you can check in and ask 'will this action/thought serve me or slow me down?'

So take a look around and take an honest inventory.

We can't make changes if we are continuing to water weeds thinking NO-ONE CAN SEE! Those weeds show up in all areas of your life... rather than waiting until your garden is a mess, we take action right at the beginning and don't even bother planting weeds!

Who are you when no-one is looking?
Time to fall in love with that person, that person you can be proud of.

For each area of your life, identify the NORTH STAR so we know where we're heading.

Then it's time to clear our path so we get there with ease!

From now on, we can always identify a seed or a weed and decide to consciously say HELL YES or HELL NO! Nobody gets the garden of their dreams by ignoring their bad habits and planting poison when no-one is looking. Time to get green fingered... ok enough of the dodgy metaphors already!!! Hahaha!
Have high standards for yourself, not because you need to be perfect or better than anyone else, but because you will not accept returning to suffering, you have decided you won't settle for less anymore and are ready to feel the support of the universe behind you, propelling you onwards & upwards!
