WARRIOR 🏹 Host Facility Interest Form
Please fill out this form if you are interested in hosting a WARRIOR Rhythm™, WARRIOR Strength™ or WARRIOR Combat™ Instructor Training.  There are no licensing fees for clubs to offer WARRIOR classes.  Each certification is .8 ACE, 8 AFAA, .8 NASM .4 CANFITPRO. Members may participate in the Master Class portion of our training day.  Trainings typically run from 9-5 with a Master Class start time of 10am.  Host receives a complementary training when 5 register for event.
