This form is for students interested in attending Day 1 of the Forum on Workplace Inclusion free of charge. Availability if first come first serve for sign up.

The event is on March 27th from 12-5:30pm. Learn more about the event here.

Completing this form does not guarantee a spot as there is limited availability. You will receive a confirmation email with additional details if you spot has been secured. If you plan to attend please work with your instructors to notify them in advance and receive appropriate accommodations to miss class if needed for the workshop.
