This space invites you into a deeper relationship with your body, your truth, and your inner knowing.
It’s a process that asks for devotion, curiosity, and compassion—toward yourself, your healing, and the path you’re walking.
Our work together is rooted in body-based healing and somatic wisdom.
This means we honor the intelligence of your nervous system, follow what’s alive in the moment, and attune to the pace your body is ready to move.
Sessions are intuitively guided and shaped by what your system is holding and what you're ready to explore.
You may choose between:
- A 12-week journey
- A 24-week journey
Each path offers a gently held space to cultivate your inner sanctuary.
You’ll receive:
- Weekly 1:1 sessions on Zoom (60 min)
- Between-session support via voice notes and messaging on Telegram
- Personalized practices to anchor your process—this may include breath, sound, movement, inquiry, or rest rituals
