2020 Wicked West Fest Costume Contest Sign-Up Form

Westmont Special Events is hosting a socially-distanced Halloween Costume Contest on Saturday, October 24. All Westmont residents are invited to sign up for your age group/category and be part of this fun event. Participants can either take pictures of costumed participants and send them in, or schedule a visit from our WSEC "Costumed Kooky Characters" to receive goodie bags and take pictures in person. Following are the event details.

RULES:
* Must sign up by Monday, October 19
* Must be available between 9AM & Noon on Sat., Oct. 24 for in-person visits - More specific times will be scheduled prior to event date
* Must be in costume and ready when our Wicked West Fest team arrives at your home at the scheduled time
* Pictures of all costumed participants will be posted online for public voting
* All in-person interactions and pictures will be outside and follow Phase 4 Restore Illinois Guidelines
* Judging criteria - creativity, originality, hand-made, and overall costume impact
* Limited sign up for each age group
* Event will be held Rain or Shine.
