RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION STATEMENT: In signing this release, I agree that in exchange for participating or allowing my child to participate in this Sandusky River Clean Sweep, I am fully aware, understand and assume all of the dangers and risks of this activity and waive all claims or causes of action which may otherwise arise out of participation in this event. For myself and any of my legal dependents(children), I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sandusky River Watershed Coalition, Heidelberg University, the City of Tiffin, Seneca County, the City of Fremont, Sandusky County, the City of Bucyrus, Crawford County and all of their officials, agents, and employees, to this event, from liability or responsibility for any damage or loss of any kind whatsoever which is caused by participants taking part in Sandusky River Clean Sweep. I also acknowledge that I or my child does not have any physical limitations, conditions, or disabilities of any kind whatsoever which inhibit taking part in the Sandusky River Clean Sweep. *
