Who is eligible? PK-12 public or private schools -- as well as networks/districts comprised of 10 or fewer schools -- that serve predominantly low income students, in at least one of the following metro areas:

AZ: Phoenix and Tucson
CA: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, and Sacramento-Stockton
CT: Bridgeport, New Haven, and Stamford
DC: Washington DC
MA: Boston and Springfield
NJ: Camden, Newark, and Trenton
NY: New York City
PA: Philadelphia
TX: Austin, San Antonio, and Midland-Odessa
