I am a Philosophy of Doctorate student at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and am currently studying with the above-mentioned title to fulfil the partial requirement of PhD. I am under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yudi Fernando.

This study aims to expose and understand how automotive manufacturers can achieve operational excellence by practicing the low carbon supply chain. Your honest opinion is greatly appreciated. This questionnaire consists of six sections that need to be answered according to the instructions. In addition, a brief description of key terms is provided for clarity and understanding.
