Hello mums & dads, Thank you for giving us your point of view regarding supporting children with maths (especially online). If each parent or carer wants to fill in their own copy of the below, that's great too, it's of course possible that you may have very different views on maths!

What are your biggest challenges & frustrations in using on-line or off-line educational maths activities for your children? (You can tick multiple boxes)

There is too much choice, I struggle to narrow down where to start or to figure out which activities are the most appropriate

I find most activities need more parent support or time than I am able to give

I feel I don't understand the maths well enough myself to help my children with activities

I have a mixed age range of children and/ or work commitments and find it stressful freeing up the the time needed for working on maths activities with my children

I do not have spare devices for my children to access on-line resources easily

It is not easy or possible for me to print material that might be needed for activities

I find many activities are too expensive

There are lots of on-line activities, but I don't want my children spending too much time on screens even if it's educational

I don't mind trying out maths activities with my children, but I'm not sure if they are actually helping them with curriculum maths requirements

My child really doesn't like curriculum maths, working with them on maths is an upsetting experience for all of us

I really want them to enjoy maths, but I find the maths they have to do quite uninspiring

I don't have any real frustrations!
