PLEASE NOTE that this form is a request to reserve a time slot for your birthday party or event. Your time slot is NOT CONFIRMED until you receive a confirmation email.

- A $50 non-refundable confirmation fee is required to confirm your party.

- A $25 rescheduling fee will be applied to all parties rescheduling after their confirmation.

- ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL, CONFETTI, OR BALLOONS ALLOWED!

- Your birthday party or event will consist of an hour and a half of gym time, with a Flips 4 All gymnastics instructor to facilitate activities. Activities include an obstacle course, trampoline, bounce house, and more.

- Children will have half an hour of table time. You provide your own refreshments and decorations. A refrigerator and microwave are available on site. (PLEASE NOTE: This half hour includes clean-up time.**) Children are not allowed back into the gym after table time. Total party time 2 hours.

- Birthday Party rate of $240* is valid for 10 children. Additionally $8/child, max 25 children.

- Payment is collected the day of the party. Card and checks made payable to Flips 4 All are accepted. Cash is accepted if it is exact change.

*There is a 10 minute grace period before and after your time slot. Going over your allotted time will result in a $20 convenience fee.
