This order form is for orders to be picked up in-person at the Polish and Beauty Expo 2024 in Tinley Park, Illinois ONLY. 

Since I can only bring limited inventory to this event, pre-ordering will ensure I have your desired product on hand when you make it to my table! Expo exclusives - including the Poetry Department tinted lip balms and the Killer Queens collection - will not be available for pre-order so everyone has a chance to snag one.

  • Step 1: Click here to access the pre-order list with all available products and fragrance descriptions
  • Step 2: Write your order in the box below, following the example to include all information.
  • Step 3: You will receive an invoice to the email you submit, to verify your order and give you a final price. Please note you will not need to pay during this step - payment will be collected upon pickup. Your order is not guaranteed until you receive an invoice via email.
  • Step 4: Orders can be paid for and picked up on Sunday, July 14 at the Polish and Beauty Expo. This shopping event is only open to ticket holders, which can be purchased here.
