This application is the first step to be listed with Care Built for Dogs for dog owners seeking enriched boarding or daycare to find you! Please complete this application in its entirety to the best of your ability. There is no need to check a majority of boxes or accept any particular types of dogs, we simply look for care providers that provide excellent service to their clients and canine guests. Honesty and thoroughness are our favorite traits of our partners!

The two clients should be clients that have boarded with you in the past 2 months and may not be family members or friends unless you started your business 6 months ago or less. *
