Terms and Conditions

By signing this sponsorship agreement:

You are acknowledging that you have authorization to commit your organization to sponsor the SEL Resource Showcase on February 16, 2022. Payment in full must be received prior to February 16, 2022. An invoice will be issued upon receipt of this form.

You authorize SEL4US to include your organization’s name and/or logo in promotional materials related to the SEL Resource Showcase as specified under the benefits to the selected sponsorship category.

Cancellation policy:

If written notice of sponsorship cancellation is received by SEL4US on or before February 2, 2022, a full refund minus 10% of the sponsorship commitment will be processed. If written notice of cancellation is received after that date, no refund will be made and any outstanding balance will be due.

SEL4US shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to perform under this Agreement or to conduct the SEL Resource Showcase as currently scheduled in whole or in part as a result of technology failure, natural disaster, or any reason beyond the reasonable control of SEL4US.

In such an event, SEL4US will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the SEL Resource Showcase. Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions of this agreement, should it ultimately be impossible to hold the SEL Resource Showcase, the sponsor has the option to receive a full refund or apply the sponsorship to the next event.
