Timeline of important dates:
January 15, 2024 - FEES DUE
- If the $90 fee is covered by the school or booster organization, parents may indicate this on the confirmation form. Failure to pay by this date may disqualify a student from participation.
- If a parent chooses the extra lunch for Saturday, the additional $15 fee is also due by Jan. 15.
January 29, 2024 - EXCUSED ABSENCE LETTER
- An official letter of excused absence will be distributed by January 29, 2024 to all parents and directors to verify a student’s participation in the OWU Honor Band Festival.
February 16, 2024 - First Day Festival Check-In Locations (8:00 AM - 8:25 AM)
Red & Black Middle School Honor Band (Susan Climer, conductor): University Hall Lobby (Best Parking Option = East Campus Parking Lot A)
Bishop Middle School Honor Band (Tyler Husosky, conductor): Hamilton Williams Campus Center Lobby (Best Parking Option = HWCC Parking Lot A, B)
Senior High School Honor Band (John Climer, conductor): Sanborn Hall Lobby (Best Parking Option = Sanborn Hall Parking Lot D)
