Lead Line Service Survey
The USA EPA, in conjunction with KDHE, is requiring all Public Water Supply systems to conduct a Lead Service Line Inventory of both public and privately owned water services within our jurisdiction. We would like to stress to you that the City of Burlingame currently, and in the past, has had no lead issues within our water supply system.

We are providing this online survey in our efforts to obtain information about the privately owned (customer side) service lines within the system. Hard copies of the survey will also be available at Burlingame City Hall.

Please fill out this survey to the best of your knowledge. This information is crucial for us to complete our system's material evaluation.

We greatly appreciate the members of our community taking the time to participate in this important study.
City maintenance will visit residents who have not filled out this survey either online or by forms available at City Hall.

If you have any questions, please contact Burlingame City Hall (785) 654-2414.
