Success Academy Advisory Committee Application
The Success Academy Advisory Committee is an excellent way to stay involved with Success Academy and to represent Success Academy in your community.  Members of the Advisory Committee will come from various backgrounds and sections of the community and are extremely important, as they serve as the voice of parents, of current Success Academy students, and community partners.

The Advisory Committee will be comprised of 7 members of the community and parents.  Members will serve for one academic year.  A new application will be required every fall. Members must reside within Fayette County, Kentucky

Advisory Council members are expected to attend a monthly meetings. Participate in all virtual meetings; (email, or conference call). Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at 5:45 p.m.
