CAMP DURATION: 03 days – 15 days

Refund Structure applicable only after full payment.

When cancellation is done:
120- 90 days before departure -80 % will be refunded
 89-40 days before departure - 50% will be refunded
 39 -16 days before departure- 25% will be refunded
15 -0 days before departure- No refund.

TRAILBLAZERS Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd. is marketing and co-ordinating camps under its brand name. We are camp organizers only. We do not control nor operate any airline, coach company, hotel, transport, or any other facility or service mentioned in this literature. Though we take care in selecting all the facilities in the camp we can only select and inspect them, as we have no control in running them. TRAILBLAZERS cannot be held responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any agency; airline, railways, transport, hotel; any provider of services for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management of any hotel, airlines, railways shipping companies, coach owners / operators who are the company’s independent contractors. TRAILBLAZERS cannot be held responsible for any consequence of an act or actions of co-travelers, co-passengers; which may result in injury, damage to the life/limb or property of the client or interference with enjoying or availing the services to be provided on the TRAILBLAZERS Outdoor Programme.  

I confirm that my ward is medically fit to participate in the activities conducted during the Trailblazers Outdoor programme. I am aware that all the activities have been designed keeping safety as the priority and all care would be taken for the security of the participants. However, we will not hold Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd or Institution or its representative(s) responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or loss sustained by him/her  as a result of his/her participation in the camp. *
