I am choosing to participate in a Disabled Hikers group hike or event. I am aware that hiking can be dangerous or deadly, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity.

I acknowledge that:

- Disabled Hikers, it's staff, volunteers, and/or representatives, are not responsible for my safety while participating in the activity, traveling to or from the activity, or transporting equipment to the activity.

- Risks of participating in this activity include, but are not limited to illness, injury, or even death.

- Disabled Hikers assumes no responsibility for providing medical care during this activity, and I will pay for all costs associated with receiving medical care.

- I am solely responsible for making decisions regarding the safety of this activity and my participation.

I agree that Disabled Hikers and all Disabled Hikers persons make no representation or warranty, express or implied, about the safety of any Disabled Hikers hike, or the transportation to or from a Disabled Hikers hike, or the appropriateness of that Disabled Hikers hike for me. In consideration for permitting me to participate in Disabled Hikers hikes, I, for myself and my family, estate, heirs and assigns, hereby waive any claim

Of liability or damages against the Disabled Hikers or any Disabled Hikers person, including, but not limited to, any claim for death, permanent incapacity, bodily injury, harm, accident, adverse medical event, illness, disease, damage to property, any losses, costs, expenses or other liabilities (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees) (collectively, "claims"), whether or not foreseeable and even if such claims resulted from negligence (other than Gross negligence), affecting myself or any other person, resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in a Disabled Hikers hike, including transportation to or from a Disabled Hikers hike, and hereby

Forever release and hold harmless Disabled Hikers and all Disabled Hikers persons from any such claims. Without limiting the above, I agree not to sue Disabled Hikers or any Disabled Hikers person for any such claims, to waive any claims I may have at any time against Disabled Hikers or a Disabled Hikers person and to hold Disabled Hikers harmless from any claims resulting from my actions or omissions during a Disabled Hikers hike.
