In questo workshop di 2 ore ti guideremo passo dopo passo nel processo di apprendimento per bilanciarti sulle mani e creare consapevolezza nel tuo corpo quando sei a testa in giù. Utilizziamo esercizi di coppia per aiutarti a trovare l'equilibrio, rendere la tua pratica sicura e più divertente!
Ci sarà un equilibrio tra spiegazione tecnica, pratica e divertimento. Non è necessaria alcuna esperienza precedente, ma se ne hai, ti daremo la giusta sfida per il tuo livello!

Non hai bisogno di un partner, farai amicizia durante la lezione. Più siamo, meglio è, quindi porta chiunque ami il movimento e sia pronto a provare qualcosa di nuovo :)

Get upside down and gain a new perspective!
In this 2 hour workshop we will guide you step by step in the process of learning to balance on your hands and how to create awareness in your body when you're inverted. We use partner exercises to help find the balance, make your practice safe and more fun!
There will be a balance between technical explanation, trying it out and having fun. You don't need any previous experience, but if you do we will give you the right challenge for your level!

No partner needed, you will make friends during the class. The more the merrier, so bring anyone that likes movement and is up for trying something new :)
