An invoice will be sent to the school for travel expenses, which include coach airfare and/or train tickets, ground transportation, hotel, and $40 per diem/day. The school will only cover Chris's travel expenses, as J.J. will be a free bonus, if she is out of the recording studio and able to attend. Reimbursement is expected the day of the visit. Please make checks payable to Chris Grabenstein, LLC. *

The school agrees to reimburse these expenses on the day of the visit.

Chris will waive his $2,500 per day honorarium for school that purchase a minimum of 100 copies (per visit day) of SHINE! Please select the one of the following. *

Both Hosting Organization (school) and Authors (Chris and J.J. Grabenstein) agree that this contract is binding unless both sides mutually agree to cancel for good reason at least 60 days prior to the presentation date.

Cancelation by Hosting Organization with less than 60 days’ notice will require reimbursement of any expenses already paid by author (such as airfare).

If author is unable to appear, unavoidably delayed due to circumstances beyond their control, or if the program is canceled due to inclement weather, the event may be rescheduled for a mutually agreeable date.
