Admin Application Form
As the Model continues to grow and change, we like to welcome new perspectives and ideas into the team. We see ourselves as a group that provides guidance and direction when it comes to making Model Hogwarts a fun place where we can all let our creativity go wild, and just have a good time.

If you're interested in having your voice heard, and possibly joining the team in order to make the Model an even more enjoyable experience, please fill out the form below.

NOTE 1: If you would prefer to apply via a DM interview, then please message one of the admins asking for one. Note that you will be asked the same questions as those in this form.

NOTE 2: It is strongly preferred that all applicants have been on Model Hogwarts for at least three months, and shown a consistent and high level of activity on the server.

What are admins responsible for?

Systems Implementation:
- Overhauling channels.
- Making bot additions and changes.
- Keeping system/tutorial channels and wikis up to date.

Team Overseeing:
- Making sure teams run smoothly (Modding, apps, events, professors, plotrunners, etc.)
- Filling in when extra are needed on the other teams.
- Actively leading/being part of/providing needed context for any teams.
- Being part of the conversation when hiring team members.

Community Managing:
- Answering general Questions & Answers.
- Going over suggestions.
- Doing private discussions.
- Making sure a wide variety of people and viewpoints are represented during discussions.

Data Organisation:
- Managing sheets.
- Maintaining the Google Folders and their permissions.
- Keeping the documents up to date and visible to the correct people.

Note that whilst admins don't need to be capable of all of these, these are the core responsibilities of the team in which help is most often required.
