End of Term Check-In: Family Survey
Dear parents, guardians, and families of our Division 1 & 2 students,

Our first Term together as a class has been so exciting and eventful! I appreciate you taking the time to fill out this survey so that I am able to 'check-in' on how we are all feeling about the school year so far. This will also help give me insight when planning for Term 2!

Please only answer the questions that you feel comfortable with, but know that this is a safe and caring space for everyone! It is a continued privilege to teach and to learn alongside our Grade 7 students!

Wishing you well,

Ms. Ramen & Ms. Ward
