Gear up for Kingfield's annual cookie swap! Do you have a favorite winter cookie recipe? Do you want to safely gather with neighbors and trade delicious, buttery treats?
Join us SATURDAY, DECEMBER 11th at the South Nicollet Action Center (3537 Nicollet Ave) from10:00-11:30AM to bake and exchange cookies with your neighbors!
By registering, you are committing to:
1) Bring a minimum of TWO DOZEN homemade cookies pre-packaged in groups of six cookies per bag, with the recipe on it (include a recipe attached to each bag, if you are able). Saturday December 11th at 10am to the South Nicollet Action Center (3537 Nicollet Ave). Stay until 11:30am to trade cookies with neighbors, drink hot chocolate by a fire, and exchange recipes. PLEASE MARK IN BOLD ON YOUR RECIPE IF THE COOKIE HAS NUTS IN IT OR IS GLUTEN FREE.
Neighbors will be able to trade for two dozen cookies themselves or take home less and all extra cookies will be donated to the Aliveness Project or to nominated neighbors. If you know of any neighbors who would appreciate a plate of cookies but cannot make the event, feel free to nominate them by emailing
organizer@kingfield.org. At the end of the form, you will also be able to elect to make extra cookies for these neighbors or for the Aliveness Project.
MASKS are required when indoors at the event, and weather permitting, we will have a fire on the back porch of the building. Please email
organizer@kingfield.org or call 608-224-9998 if you have any questions and help us spread the word to family and friends! Thank you!
