Caregiver Job Responsibilities:
Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients.
Creates individualized play plans according to clients needs.
Assists clients with activities of Caregiving experience, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and diapering according to the individual play plan.
Prepares and serves meals and fluids to clients as part of the individual play plan.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for clients and co-workers.
Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
Work Hours:
Due to the nature of what we do, our typical work hours vary. This is an independent contract position, so our schedules are flexible. Client sessions are based on your availability.
Caregiver Qualifications/Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to build rapport quickly
Detail oriented
Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
Physical ability to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop; and lift up to 20 lbs. while avoiding potential injury
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
Or minimum 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals in the ABDL community
- And must be over 21 years old
