ABOUT ME:

My name is Louisa Leone. I graduated in 2019 with a 99.95 ATAR, and placed 3rd in NSW for HSC Chemistry with a mark of 99/100. I'm currently going into my third year studying a Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Medicine at the University of Sydney.

I've been a private tutor for over two years now, and am really passionate about helping students like you reach their HSC goals. I truly believe that HSC success is underpinned by a commitment to constant improvement. Developing a deep understanding of the content, applying this through ongoing practice, and consistently seeking and applying feedback is integral to reaching top marks in any HSC subject.

I've decided to put together these seminars as a way for you to revise content, ask questions, and gain first-hand insight from a top achiever on exam and study strategy.


THE SEMINAR:

The seminar will run for two hours over Zoom, in Mid-Late February. There will be a few options in the form regarding a specific date and time - once I collect your responses I'll establish a slot that works best for the collective group.

Approx. 80 minutes will be dedicated to content - a blend of lecture-style delivery, and unpacking past paper questions, marking criterias, and exemplar responses! We'll then move on to talk through Chemistry study and exam room tips, as informed by my extensive experience as a HSC tutor and first-hand experience as a state-ranking HSC Chem student. Finally, the floor will be open for you to ask all of your burning questions! You'll have the opportunity to submit and upvote your favourite questions on Slido prior to the seminar, and are also welcome to bring along any questions you have on the day.


REGISTRATION DETAILS:

If you'd like to have a say in the date the seminar will run, and qualify for the great Early Bird Discount (see below!), please fill out this Google Form by 11:59pm Sunday 6th February! On Monday 7th February, I will send through an email to everybody who has responded, confirming the seminar timeslot and further details regarding payment.

Early Bird ticket rates are just $20 per attendee! Afterwards, registration is $30 per attendee. Registrations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled seminar.

All attendees will receive my full set of HSC Chemistry Study notes (100+ pages, valued at $40) at no extra charge! You'll also get complimentary access to the seminar slides after the seminar, alongside a worksheet containing extra practice questions pertaining to the content we cover on the day.
