This is the official sign-up form for our August/September open practices. You DO NOT need any memberships to join our open practices, it is all FREE! You are allowed to select as many open practice dates as you want to join before deciding on whether or not you want to join DBSV. DO NOT register yourself as a member into our DBSV website before any team selections and placements have been made by the coaches. Registration info will be given to you during open practices. Read up on our teams and open practice information on our Instagram and website. You don't have to have a definitive choice of which category you want to join, you can always tryout for multiple teams throughout our trial days and make a decisions later :)
