By submitting this form or any form which includes a link to these terms, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions (Disclaimer) section which is a legally-binding agreement between the you (the content copyright owner/holder, "you", or "artist") and us ("The Wave Cache").

"The Wave Cache" is a music channel, radio station, record label, and showcase of talent which promotes music with respect to licenses of creative works of which it takes no credit or ownership. The rights to the music and images we feature on our channel are not owned by us. We simply love the music and share it among our social media channels. We comply with Content ID claims, fulfill any requests from copyright owners, receive and manage permissions from artists, and always give full attribution and credit where it is due. "The Wave Cache" has the right and full permission to share and publish the video or music included in this form. "The Wave Cache" is a monetized Youtube Partner Channel which complies with Content ID and copyright monetization claims. "The Wave Cache" has and is allowed to have other additional means of monetization for the content it features, which may include but is not limited to promotional services, monetization through social media accounts or other channels (or channels/accounts owned by "The Wave Cache"), video production services, record label services, marketing, publishing work. This form grants "The Wave Cache" a perpetual non-exclusive synchronization license, mechanical license, and public performance license to reproduce the content publicly for the territory covered under this license (the universe). "The Wave Cache" is not responsible to pay out any additional fees or royalties for reproducing this content. The copyright owner of the content provided in this form will be able to monetize their content by distributing with an aggregator and claiming Content ID through our channel. If the copyright owner chooses to not use a distributor, an aggregator, a publishing rights administrator, or any other entity that has the ability to place Content ID claims, then the copyright owner of the video or music included in this form will not be able to use Content ID to claim their monetized content. However, the copyright owner will always be allowed to claim their monetized content or demonetize their content manually by sending a request to The Wave Cache at the email provided.
