Transition and Transformation in the Ontario Dance Sector - Rehearsal Space Inventory

Dance Umbrella of Ontario (DUO) is leading a research and feasibility study concluding with a report focused on dance-specific rehearsal spaces in Ontario.

As part of this study, we are compiling a rehearsal space inventory of where professional dance artists rehearse.

Please provide the following details about your rehearsal space in the fields below. If you have more than one rehearsal space for rent, we ask that you fill in an separate form for each space.

DUO will secure data and protect the confidentiality of all participants. Responses and comments in this form will be combined with those of other participants for aggregate analysis only; under no circumstances will individual data be communicated or disseminated. Individual comments or concerns will not be attributed without explicit consent.
