Adult Fitness & Performance Program
The Adult Fitness & Performance Program (AFPP) is our membership based, group training program designed for those clients looking to improve their general fitness, strength, cardiovascular conditioning and overall health.
Our program has been created using the same training principles we use with our high-performance athletes and we design these workouts to improve all aspects of your performance from mobility to strength and power, to speed and conditioning. All with the goal of helping you look, move, and perform better!
