Over the last while, several projects have been updating their terminology to be more inclusive. The intention of this survey is to try and give some direction to what we use next, not to get bogged down about whether we should.

Many questions have the possibility to add choices. So if you don't see your preferred answer there, please add it. I'll periodically add popular answers as select-able answers, so please check those first.

No personally identifying information is stored. I intend to release all of the data when I close the survey, so please do not enter anything that you wouldn't be happy releasing into the world.
