Our pantry is available to residents of Shinjuku, Nakano, Suginami, Toshima, and Shibuya wards with the exception of those who are referred by CWS Japan.

Cancellation
We are having a hard time dealing with the increasing number of people who sign up but do not show up on the day of the event. If you need to cancel on the day of the event, please be sure to contact us by e-mail. It does not matter if it is at the last minute. If cancellations continue without notice, we will have to cancel the reservation itself.
Documents you need to bring
1．Referral letter, Maru-oya medical card, or child allowance card (only for first-time users)
2．Photo ID with your current address.
