Hybrid Stay Strong, Stay Healthy

To have a successful class virtually you will need the following items:
• Technology Requirements: Computer or tablet with video/web camera capabilities, email address, download Zoom desktop app.
• Fitness Equipment: Leg and arm weights

• Class Dates: Aug. 10, 12, 17, 19, 23, 27, 31           Sept. 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23
• Class Time: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Class Cost: $25 for all sessions
• Class is limited to 10 seats
• In-person participants must wear mask
