Thank you for your interest in The Smoke, London’s International Larp Festival!

This form allows you to tell us which larp(s) you'd like to participate in -- and also it captures some practical details necessary for us to manage your attendance.

This will probably be a fast-moving picture, so make sure that you check it just before submitting this form -- otherwise, availability may have already changed.

We recommend that you give us fallback options in each slot -- other larps that you'd be happy to take part in instead -- because if your first choice has become full, you won't want to waste further time for us to come back to you and ask again. But of course if you're only interested in one larp in a particular slot, that's fine.

This form will email you a copy of what you've entered into it, when you hit Submit.

These places are going to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, so your place in the queue will be determined by when you submit this form.

Once we've provisionally allocated you a place, we will submit your name for safety flagging by the other participants, and we will also send their names to you.

After that we will ask you to pay. It's £25 for a single session, which includes a meal after the larp, and admission to any or all of the festival social evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you want to get four single-session places -- one in each timeslot -- that will be just £80 rather than £100.

If you want a larp-only place -- that is, to just participate in the larp, without a meal afterwards and without the social evenings -- that's just £10 per larp. You can apply for a mix of single-session and larp-only places if you wish.

You can only apply for places for yourself. If you have a friend who would also like to attend, they will need to complete this form themselves, and their application will be treated separately from yours. If you've got a situation where you only want to attend if your friend gets a place in the same larp as you -- or anything like that -- then let us know in the 'anything else' question, and please be aware that this may make you less likely to get a place.

(Note: the data that you submit via this form will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the following purpose: to enable The Smoke to process your participation preferences, to produce a festival badge for you, and to administer your attendance at the festival. Your personal details will not appear on The Smoke’s website or in any other public place. Your name and pronouns as given here will be circulated to other participants. All your information will be kept securely, and will be kept no longer than necessary.)
