We have limited spots available in our Bumblebee (3's/PS) and Dragonfly (4's/PK) classrooms.  Please fill out this form to enroll.  Children must be 3 or 4 and potty trained by September 1.

Our Ladybug (young toddler), Firefly (older toddler) and Roly Poly (2's) rooms are full.  You may fill out this form to join our waitlist.  Everyone on our waitlist will receive information about enrollment for Summer Camp 2024 and the 2024-25 School Year.

Enrollment Fees
The 2023-24 Registration Fee is $125 per child.  This fee is non-refundable.  We also require you to prepay a portion of your first month's tuition.  This tuition will be held in Kangarootime (our accounting/communication software) as a deposit toward your September tuition.  It will show as a deposit on your statement.  The total due per child is $285 ($125 + $160/tuition)  and can be paid by cash or check (made out to St. John's PDO)  Enrollment fees must be submitted to the PDO Office in person or by mail no later than the date listed on your enrollment status email from Jill Gardner.  You will receive this email in approximately one week.
I agree to submit payment of the Enrollment Fees to St. John's PDO in person or by mail no later than the date listed on my enrollment confirmation email from Jill Gardner.  If payment is not received, I understand that my Enrollment application will not be processed.
