Parents, in order to adequately prepare for the 2022-2023 school year, we need you to complete this survey answering a few short questions. We greatly appreciate your honest feedback. Your answers on this form will not remove your child from our school. You child will remain enrolled unless you register at another school. This survey merely gives us a starting point for numbers of children in our classrooms, and gives us an idea about the number of seats available for new students.
