Please use the form to see if you qualify for this program.  The Teen Driver Ed program is an activity that requires your commitment.  You will be partnered for the behind the wheel lessons. If you cannot commit to at least 10 time slots on a weekly basis, then DO NOT SIGN UP for this program. THE 10 TIME SLOTS WILL NEED TO BE FROM THE FOLLOWING - AFTER SCHOOL HOURS (2:00PM or 4:30PM) and WEEKEND HOURS (7:45AM,9:45AM,12:00PM,2:00,PM,4:15PM). Times may not be exact.  If you are available at other weekday hours it would be to your advantage to add them, but not count them towards the 10 available time slots. If we have other students who are home, private or public schooled and are available at those times, we would  partner you up with them at those time slots.  Because the most popular times of availability are weekdays at 4:15 and all day Saturday and Sunday, it would be best to add weekdays at 7:45,9:45,12:00.2:00. This would enable you to complete the program sooner as there would be more time slots available at those times. This form is used to partner students for behind the wheel instruction.  How soon you complete the program will all depend on your availability and compatibility to your classmates.  Because of State of Hawaii law requirements, program completion will be on average between 8-10 weeks. On occasion we are able to complete within 7-8 weeks, but no sooner than 6 weeks in accordance with State law.
There is a second part to this form for those of you who have a schedule that will change.  
To expedite this for everyone, please make yourself available to as many time slots as possible.
A minimum of 10 time slots must be selected.
