Learning Plans Intention
Starting with the week of October 5th, 2020 the Au Gres-Sims School District will offer two learning plan options to students, an in-person hybrid learning option and a 100% virtual learning option.

INSTRUCTIONS: Complete and submit a form for EACH of the AGS students in your household. Complete a single form for one student at a time.
