KtS DanceTrial Class Booking Form:
Please book your trial class by fully completing this form. Please ensure to read the information below before submitting.
On receipt your provisional place will be reserved. You will then receive an invoice for the trial fee. Upon payment of your trial fee your place is secure.

The trial fee is £5.00 per child, per class and must be made via bank transfer prior to attendance. 

This form can be used for more than 1 trial class.

1 parent/adult may accompany their child to the trial (depending on government guidance in relation to covid at the time). Parents are encouraged to remain outside of the studio (parents of younger pupils may stay if needed).

Photos and videos are not permitted to be taken during the trial class. You are welcome to take a photo/video of your child only before or after the class has finished. Mobile phones should not be used at all during the class.

All current covid measures must be adhered to. We continue to encourage use of the provided hand sanitisers on arrival. 
KtS Dance will update you with the any changes and the most current measures prior to attendance.  

Children should not attend class if they are ill, especially if they (or anyone in their household) exhibits the main symptoms of Covid-19:

a. Fever or high temperature
b. A new, continuous cough
c. Loss of taste or smell

If anyone in your household has these symptoms stay at home and use the 111 online help system (or call 111) for further advice. We will be happy to reorganise your trial session.

Ages are approximate. We recommend checking with the office via enquiries@ktsdance.com if you are not sure. In this case it is always better to try a younger class and move up than vice versa. After the trial the teacher will be able to assess whether another class might be more appropriate.

Declaration: KtS Dance agrees to adhere to the UK government and the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommended ways to prevent the spread of infection and to stay up to date with the official guidance in relation to the Covid-19 situation. We have carried out training and risk assessments and will update these as necessary. We will ensure hygiene measures and other preventative procedures, such as social distancing, are carried out as appropriate.  KtS Dance ensures the appropriate measures are in place; through displaying posters, promoting handwashing and ensuring hand sanitiser/and or soap is available on the premises. If your child (or anyone in your household) is unwell, even with a mild cough or fever, they should stay at home. The parent/legal guardian agrees that the dance school, KtS Dance is not responsible for any spread of infection or contraction of Covid-19.
