Thank you for your interest in being a part of the Maya House of Cacao Pop-Up Shop which is scheduled to take place on December 16, 2023, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the Maya House of Cacao and Chocolate Museum Compound.

This event serves as a dynamic platform to unite entrepreneurs in southern Belize, providing them with a stage to showcase their products and services, fostering community engagement, and creating opportunities for collaboration. Additionally, it will mark the official launch of the Maya House of Cacao as a versatile venue open for tours and rentals. As we celebrate our rich history, we aim to spotlight the impactful works of TCGA over the past 37 years, showcasing our commitment to community development, sustainable practices, and the empowerment of local entrepreneurs.
Furthermore, we will unveil our strategic plans for value addition, emphasizing the integral role TCGA envisions for the Maya House of Cacao as a hub for innovation, culture, and economic growth within the community. We're excited to welcome local businesses and showcase the rich diversity of products and services in our community. Important Details:
This being our first event, we are actively seeking sponsorship to subsidize booth costs. Therefore, booths are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Food vendors will be charged a fee of $25.00 to secure their spot.

Payment Option

Payments can be made via online/mobile banking (recommended), direct deposit to our bank account, or cash/cheque at our office. 
Further details including a payment deadline date will be sent via email. Please make your payment before this date to secure your spot.
I have read and agree to the Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Any cancellation must be communicated to us in writing via email only. No other form of communication will be accepted.
- For cancellations made up to 5 business days before the event we will issue a refund.
- For any cancellation made within 5 business days of the event your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable
- If unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, etc.) result in this market's cancellation a full refund will be issued.

Participants must agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy in order to register.

Vendor Agreement and Event Guidelines

I agree to abide by the Event Guidelines and Parking instructions for the upcoming Pop-Up Shop organized by Maya House of Cacao. I understand that failure to adhere to these instructions may result in my exclusion from future events organized by Maya House of Cacao.

Upon approval of my application, I will receive additional details, but I acknowledge and agree to the following key points:

Setup Timing:

Vendors are allowed to set up their tables between 6:30 am and 8:30 am on the day of the Pop-Up Shop. All setup must be completed by 8:30 am.

Table Assignments:

Tables will be pre-assigned and clearly labeled with vendors' names.

Venue Property:

Tapes, glues, adhesives, staples, nails, and thumb tacks must not be used on any of the venue's property or belongings.

Clean-Up Responsibilities:

Vendors are responsible for cleaning their immediate area after the event, including the disposal of any waste generated during setup or the event itself. 

Security Measures:

Vendors are responsible for securing their merchandise and personal belongings. Maya House of Cacao will not be liable for any lost or damaged items. 

Smoking and Alcohol Policy:

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited at any time while on the event compound.

By participating in the Pop-Up Shop organized by Maya House of Cacao, I acknowledge that I have read and understood these guidelines. I commit to following these rules for the successful execution of the event and to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
