Participants will provide the following: Food or Beverage sampling for up to 500 guests; Plates, napkins and any appropriate serve ware; Décor and Marketing/Promotional Materials for your table; Staffing to serve food items; and Your own preparation tables.  NBEC will provide the following: 8’ Table; Professional photos of event, including your table;  Your logo in all marketing materials for event (send logo to NBEC immediately); Company logo on NBEC website for event promotions; Company logo in NBEC and event collateral ; Silver Platter Award Competition (judged by panel of judges & attendees on Palate Appeal - Presentation – Hospitality - Display Décor).  Do you agree and commit to these terms?
Food Participants, if selected, you will be provided with an a complimentary vendor space at the Buy Black Expo, Saturday, August 29th.  Are you interested in this opportunity?
