Summer Student Records Request
If your student has graduated or withdrawn from the district and you no longer have access to Family Access, please fill out the form below to request student records. Families who have students transferring between schools may temporarily lose access to Family Access from June 23rd to July 12th. Only legal guardians can receive information and to protect student information, we will send the requested information to the last email address we have on record for you. Please fill out one form per student.
