Holiday Club Paid Spaces 
Please see below the booking form for holiday club paid spaces for junior club members at Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone. We are offering half days (either morning or afternoon) at a cost of £6.00 per child or a full day (9AM-5:30PM) at a cost of £10.00 per child.
