2022 DPM Graduation Celebration Dance Party Permission Slip

A celebration dance party is being held in recognition of our soon to be 8th grade graduates.

WHEN: Friday, May 27, 2022 7:30-9:00 p.m.
*Students are not allowed into the event past 8:00 p.m.

THEME: “GLOW BRAVES GLOW” with a glow-in-the-dark motif. The attire is “festive fun casual”. Colors that glow in the dark are encouraged, but not required. Wear whatever makes you feel your best!!

WHERE: The Winter Club of Lake Forest: 956 North Sheridan Road
*Students are encouraged to carpool to and from this activity, using the Front Entrance Only of the Winter Club for drop-off and pick-up.

A parent/guardian must drop-off and pick-up. Students are not allowed to ride their bikes. If the soon to be graduates choose to bring their phones, they will be collected at check-in, labeled, and tucked away for the duration of the celebration and returned at the end of the evening.

*Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
