Please confirm that you have read and agree to the following: Kindly register my child(ren) for bus service for 2022-2023 as noted above. I have reviewed the busing rules and regulations(tinyurl.com/bustips2122) with my child(ren) and understand that breaking any of these rules may result in loss of bus riding privileges. Additionally, I realize that I will be held responsible for any damages sustained by the buses on account of my children. I understand that some buses may be under video and/or audio surveillance. I understand that JDBY-YTT will do their best to assign the most convenient stop, however they cannot guarantee a preferred stop. I understand that the school takes no responsibility for students once they are on the bus. I understand that I am committing to bus service for the entire school year.  I understand there will be no refunds, even if bus service is suspended at any point in time.  Lastly, I permit the Agudath Israel of Illinois to use any pictures or videos taken of my child(ren)for advertising or marketing. *
